Do I need to rejet/remap my bike after upgrading my Exhaust System?

YES! See your dealer for a stage one jet kit for carbureted bikes, and for EFI Motorcycles we recommend a Stage One Remap. Failure to do so may cause exhaust pipe discoloration.

What if I want something custom built?

Just let us know what you want and we can build it.

Can I place an order other than by web site?

You bet, just give us a call at 831-338-6590. We accept Visa, Master Card, and personal checks.

How are my shipping charges calculated?

We don't add handling charges and charge our customers only what UPS charges us. We use the UPS estimator and charge you only what UPS charges us. NO HANDLING FEES.

Can I exchange an unused product if I have ordered the wrong item?

Yes you can. Just wrap it up carefully, send it back and we will exchange it for the proper item.

What is your warranty policy?

All merchandise manufactured by HACKERPIPES, Inc.,includes a life time warranty against manufacturing defects.

What is your return policy on warranty items?

If you have ordered through a dealer, have them contact us. If you have ordered direct from us, keep your receipt. You will need it for proper return.
